A cosmetics e-shop that builds a personal skincare routine

The client

B27 is a cosmetics e-shop focused on Korean skincare. The products are chosen by a beautician, who also adds her advice to each one.

It is based in Thessaloniki.

What they needed

The brand was starting from scratch. The material was in Word files and the photos in a Drive folder. It needed an e-shop that does not just sell products but helps shoppers pick the right ones for their skin.

What I did

• Skin quiz Six questions with images and, at the end, a personal Morning, Evening and Extra routine. Products are picked from tags the beautician sets, and 4 or more in the cart get a 15% discount.
• Skin profile Shoppers can save the result to their account with consent, and download or delete it.
• Ready routines and sets Routines for 7 age groups and Basic and Extra sets at a discount, in a gift box.
• A rich product page INCI ingredients, how to use, precautions, morning or evening, and the beautician's tip with a Vivian's Choice badge.
• Filters and search Filters by brand, price, ingredient, need and routine that show only options with products and load without a page refresh. Instant search as you type.
• Payments and shipping Card through Viva, bank transfer and cash on delivery. ACS, ELTA Courier and BOX NOW lockers, with free shipping from 49 euros and a bar showing how much is left for free shipping.
• Customers who come back B27 Club with a newsletter and a personal first order code, gift cards, wishlist and reviews from buyers only.
• Accessible and secure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, consent based cookies and a firewall.

What changed

A shopper who does not know where to start takes the quiz and leaves with a routine in her cart. The beautician adds products, quiz tags and routines on her own and prints the shipping vouchers.
